Very unhappy with the way this company treated my wife and myself during our move to Utah. We were promised a certain price and it changed dramatically, but even worse than that, the customer service rep was extremely rude when we complained about price increase and his manager was no better. We spent alot of money to do this move and the least we deserved was some decent customer service. The shipment was delivered but rude employees and price increases spoiled the experience.

TERRIBLE MOVING COMPANY
Total disaster of an experience with this company. They lied about the pricing to get a reservation and tried to double it when they arrived. The moving crew was sloppy and unprofessional looking and kept dropping hints about tips ALL DAY LONG. They finally finshed loading after 4 hours ( 2 bedroom apt. ?) and left. The delivery took almost 6 weeks ! we were relocating from CA to NY but were promised 2 weeks max. When actually arrived tried to charge 750.00 more for a smaller truck ? arent you supposed to be prepared for that knowing you are coming into NY city ? Avoid this company and save yourself the headache !
